Good news and bad news. I accepted an offer on the Eddy Street house! Whew! The key was pricing it right. As soon as I did it sold! Lesson learned for selling this house! Over pricing it just means it doesn't sell.

The house inspection was done today and we are having the couple of things mentioned addressed tomorrow. Mike is seriously looking for a place for us to buy in his area now! He thought he'd found "the one" only to find out it already has an offer on it.

Mike leaves Saturday morning for Japan! He'll stay with Brett for 5 days in Kyoto. I spoke with him today and he is starting to get excited about the trip! It'll be his first trip off the North American c0ntinent! It might be best he not start the process of buying a house until he gets back.

Caleb and Oliver started Tee-ball this month! Caleb is an assistant coach for the team and Oliver is the baseball player! They both look pretty pleased even though their first game was rained out last week.
Sure brings back memories for me. We spent several seasons at the Little League fields in Medford as Brett, Caleb and Micheal worked through T-ball, Rookies, and Babe Ruth... I still can not eat a corn dog! Dinner options from the concession stand is pretty limited!
Lots of fun and good times are ahead for Oliver, Caleb and Kelly.
Kelly got a part in a local play and she is really excited about that. It's what puts a sparkle in her eye! I don't know much about the play itself but was really happy to hear the joy in words as she told me about it.
I purchased the invitations for the wedding ceremony and should have them out in the mail by the end of the week! So watch your mailboxes!
Sunday Cheryl is having an open house here so Jack and I are discussing taking the gun cabinet to Rocky and Caron in Roseburg. If the weather is as bueatiful as it is today we are going to try the Amicer Park to Hestness Landing float on the North Umpqua! Got to try out our gear!
Hope all is good with you out there!

Congrats on selling the Eddy house. The Lord just wanted these people to have it and made arrangements for it to be so. Mike can take his time now and find what he really wants - the money can just "sit" for awhile!! It doesn't have to burn a hwole in your pocket HEHEHEHE!!

We will be in Williamsburg this weekend - Sure wish your house was on the coast - it's exactly what we are looking for!!!

Have a good weekend - it was great hearing from you again. LOVE SIS
